Seth Crow - State Farm Agency is seeking a dynamic, career-driven professional to join our team. We are committed to helping you grow your career while you work to promote a trusted range of State Farm insurance products including auto, home, life and health insurance. You'll also learn what it takes to manage a successful insurance agency. So if you aspire to open your own business then join our team and learn what it takes to be the next State Farm Agent! - Competitive salary plus an aggressive commission and bonus structure -- $50,000 to $75,000 annually
- Matching 401(k) plan to help you save for the future
- Short-term disability and basic life insurance coverage after 90 days (subject to qualification)
- Generous paid time off starting at 96 hours annually, plus all major holidays
- $250 licensing fee reimbursement after 90 days or 90 policies produced
- Clear growth path with opportunities for advancement within the agency
- Helping customer through recognizing ways to protect their assets and income
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing and sales goals
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Candidates who aspire to open their own office.
- South Carolina Property, Casualty, Surety, and Marine Insurance License (or ability to obtain)
- Passion for marketing solutions tailored to customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
