StandardAero is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to recruit top talent for aviation mechanics, machinists, and other skilled roles. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage the ATS, and lead technical prescreening to ensure strong hires for a growing organization. This onsite role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 5 years of talent acquisition experience.
