Real Estate Acquisition Manager (U.S. Investor Leads) - Phone Sales Closer

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for an experienced Acquisition Manager to join our team.

Your role is simple:

Speak with motivated property owners

Build rapport

Analyze the deal

Present a cash offer

Get the property under contract

You will be speaking with warm + targeted seller leads such as:

Probate

Notice of Default / Pre-Foreclosure

Tax Delinquent

Absentee Owners

Distressed Property Owners

Vacant Property Owners

These are NOT cold random calls — these are targeted real estate lists.

Your Job

You will speak directly with U.S. homeowners and:

Build trust and uncover motivation

Gather property condition details

Determine seller timeline + needs

Evaluate property value

Present investor cash offers

Negotiate terms

Get verbal commitment

Send contract for signature

You are NOT just setting appointments…

You are closing deals over the phone.

Responsibilities

Call targeted seller lists daily

Have real conversations (not robotic scripts)

Ask smart questions about the condition & situation

Determine motivation

Evaluate if the property fits the buy box criteria

Use comps & simple valuation logic

Present investor-style offers

Handle objections

Move the seller to commitment

Get signed purchase agreements

You MUST Have Experience In:

Real estate acquisitions

U.S. seller conversations

Cash offer negotiation

Distressed property discussions

Running simple property analysis

Using comps (Zillow, Redfin, Propstream, etc)

Getting properties under contract remotely

This Job Is NOT For:

Appointment setters

Script readers

Cold-call beginners

Anyone without acquisition experience

If you have never locked up a deal, this is not the role.

You Should Be Comfortable:

Talking about property condition (repairs, updates, etc)

Discussing foreclosure or financial hardship

Talking through seller situations (probate, divorce, relocation, etc)

Negotiating respectfully but confidently

Making offers live on the call

Bonus If You Have Experience With:

Wholesaling

Creative finance

Pre-foreclosure conversations

Probate leads

Investor negotiation

CRM usage

REsimpli / Podio / GoHighLevel / REI systems

Tech Requirements

Strong English speaking ability

Reliable internet and a backup internet

Noise-free workspace

Experience using dialers / CRMs

Ability to work U.S. business hours
