Do you want work that makes a meaningful difference in your community? Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team supporting our Home and Community Based Services within the Raleigh and surrounding areas of the East coast.

As the BCBA you'll help create a positive, supportive environment where individuals can thrive. Working closely with individuals served, families, and staff, you'll identify behavioral needs, conduct assessments, provide therapeutic services, and develop practical strategies that support personal goals and success. Through hands-on coaching and collaboration, you'll play an important role in helping people achieve their fullest potential.

What You'll Do

• Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement & measurable growth.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments & develop Positive Behavior Support Plans.
• Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices.
• Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER, ICS, ABA) to maximize outcomes.
• Deliver in-service training & represent ESPH at professional conferences.
• Develop a plan of care based upon the assessment of the consumer

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who brings the experience, skills, and commitment needed to succeed in this role.

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
• 1+ years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities and/or autism (preferred)
• 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity (preferred)
• Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and time management skills
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and unrestricted driving privileges
