Relationship-based primary care model Focus on quality care rather than patient volume Collaborative and supportive care team Opportunity to practice at the top of your license Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Predictable outpatient schedule and strong work-life balance Supportive leadership committed to provider success Relocation assistance may be available What You'll Do Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Conduct annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and health assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and manage medications Order and interpret diagnostic testing and laboratory studies Educate patients and families on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and chronic disease management Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care Support quality improvement initiatives and population health programs Qualifications Master's or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain Alaska licensure National Board Certification (FNP, AGPCNP, AGACNP, or applicable certification) Current DEA registration Current BLS certification Preferred: Two or more years of experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or community health Preferred: Experience managing chronic diseases in an outpatient setting Preferred: Passion for preventive medicine and patient engagement Preferred: Strong communication and relationship-building skills Why Wasilla? The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
