Are you ready to join our dauntless crew here in San Diego and beyond?/ph3Role Summary/h3pThe Driver position acts is responsible for the transferring of raw materials and finished products between the various Cutwater warehouses. They are responsible for the monitoring and recordkeeping of all transfer/delivery vehicles per DOT standards. This position works under the general direction of the Director of Supply Planning./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliBe a contributing member of a process driven team./liliDrive commercial delivery trucks, vans, and/or tractor-trailer combinations to transfer raw materials and finished products between warehouse locations./liliTransfer flammable materials/hazmat between warehouses as needed./liliComplete and submit all required paperwork, documenting the transfer of items./liliEnsure accurate completion of Department of Transportation checklist and report maintenance problems and accidents in a timely manner./liliManually load and unload product from end loader truck./liliProvide support to greater Operations Team as needed./liliEmbrace and fulfill the core values and culture of Cutwater Spirits./liliOther duties as assigned./liliAble to hold personal accountability for own decisions and actions./liliMaintain a high level of customer service in high demand environment mentally and physically./liliMust be at least 21 years of age./liliMust have a safe driving record including zero DUI convictions./liliMust be able to continually adhere to DOT regulations including successfully pass per-employment and random drug testing./liliAble and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays./li/ulh3Job Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or GED required/liliValid California Commercial Drivers License required/liliFederal DOT Hazardous materials endorsement (preferred)/liliOne (1) year or more of logistics/warehouse experience (preferred)/li/ulh3Benefits/h3ulliHealth benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Wellness and Tax-Advantaged Savings and Spending Accounts./liliLife Insurance and Disability Income Protection./liliGenerous Parental Leave and FMLA policies./lili401(k) Retirement Savings options with a company matching contribution./liliChance to work in a fast-paced environment among a company of owners./liliGreat Perks including product samples!/li/ul/div
