Job Description Summary of Duties: Working with the inbound call center taking calls from members and providers from 3 state plans to handle eligibility, benefit and payment questions - this is 100% inbound calls! This is a high volume, inbound call center environment in which representatives are expected to answer incoming calls from marketplace members. You will be expected to answer an array of questions for members (i.e. I.D. Cards, Primary Care Physicians, Specialists, and General Questions). In addition to answering questions representatives will be expected to be able to multitask; toggling multiple screens, researching, as well as typing and maintain conversations with customers is expected. Qualifications Requirements: HS Diploma/GED 1-3 years customer service/call center experience Great attendance, punctuality, and reliability Interview: ASAP Assignment: 3/14/16 - 6/13/16, possible extensions & going direct! Shift: 8am-8pm (staggered 8 hour shifts), OT is available on voluntary basis Pay range: $12-$13, negotiated based on relevant experience Additional Information Interested in being considered?
