The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing at Barnwell is hiring a Full Time Overnight Receptionist to support our front desk during the 12:00am–8:00am shift.
Position OverviewThe Overnight Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact during overnight hours. This role is ideal for someone dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently while providing excellent customer service in a healthcare setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, residents, and staff
Answer phones, take messages, and route calls appropriately
Manage visitor sign-in and sign-out
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Communicate with nursing and on-call staff as needed
Respond calmly to overnight situations or emergencies
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working overnight hours
