Principal Technical Product Analyst - Unified Observability, Enablement & AIOps

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Analyst – Unified Observability, Enablement & AIOps to lead the enterprise strategy, adoption, and continuous evolution of monitoring and AIOps capabilities. This role functions as a strategic leader and subject matter expert, driving observability maturity across the organization and ensuring telemetry, analytics, and insights measurably improve system reliability, operational efficiency, and risk reduction. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in observability platforms, advanced analytics, and enterprise operations with a strong executive presence. You will influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership by translating complex operational data into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and measurable business outcomes.
