Night Shift Supervisor (LPN or RN) CareCore at Lima is seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Shift Supervisor (LPN or RN) to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical nurse who thrives in a structured environment and is comfortable leading overnight operations while maintaining direct patient care responsibilities. Position Summary The Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations during the night shift. This role includes leadership, clinical oversight, and hands‑on responsibilities, including managing a medication cart.
