This is a relationship-driven role supporting Financial Advisors and helping deliver an exceptional client experience.



What You'll Do
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and advisors

• Support onboarding, account servicing, transfers, and client requests
• Prepare for client meetings and coordinate follow-up action items
• Maintain detailed client records and documentation in Salesforce CRM
• Assist with financial planning and tax-planning workflows
• Coordinate with clients, advisors, custodians, attorneys, and accountants
• Deliver a white-glove experience for high-net-worth families

What We're Looking For

• Active Series 65 required

• Experience in wealth management, financial planning, private wealth, or an RIA environment
• Strong understanding of high-touch client service
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working within multiple systems
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
