The successful candidate will leverage data, market insights, and business acumen to turn analysis into action—supporting profitable growth while aligning teams around shared goals.Our TeamYou will collaborate across commercial, supply chain, and operations teams to create alignment between demand, capacity, and execution—playing a central role in enabling data-driven decision-making and organizational success.What You Will DoDemand Plan OwnershipOwn and continuously refine the 12–18 month rolling forecast, maintaining a well-documented, assumptions-based plan that enables aligned decision-making across the organizationIdentify, communicate, and proactively manage risks and opportunities, partnering with commercial leaders on scenario planning to reflect evolving market conditionsChallenge demand assumptions using market trends, execution insights, and share-of-wallet analysisCommercial Vision & Profitable GrowthTranslate business strategy into actionable demand assumptions and opportunity pipelines, promoting value-driven decisions that optimize profitabilitySupport execution of new business and key account strategies while identifying and unlocking unconstrained market opportunities through data-driven analysisExecution & Planning AlignmentPartner with Supply Chain and Operations to align demand with capacity, proactively identifying demand shifts and supporting prioritization and allocation decisionsDeliver analytics to highlight gaps between plan and execution and drive corrective actionsS&OP LeadershipLead demand planning discussions within S&OP, clearly communicating risks, trade-offs, and recommended actions to enable agile decision-makingPeople LeadershipLead, coach, and develop team members while building organizational capability and fostering a culture of accountability, respect, and performance excellenceWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience developing and managing demand forecasts in a complex, cross-functional environment Experience using data and analytics to influence business decisions and drive outcomes Experience leading or developing others, either directly or through project leadership Previous experience communicating insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders What Will Put You AheadExperience with advanced forecasting tools or demand planning systems Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience incorporating market, customer, or pricing insights into demand planning At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
