Inventory Control Lead

Location: Auburn Hills, MI -United States Experience Responsibilities Coordinates day-to-day inventory and stockroom operations Ensures accurate tracking and control of inventory levels Verifies minimum and maximum inventory levels and submits replenishment requests to the buyer Provides backup support to the shipping department, including shipment setup through UPS, FedEx, and DHL Acts as backup to the receiving clerk and assists with timely and accurate processing of incoming goods Maintains a clean, organized, and compliant stockroom environment Ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards What we are looking for Experience in inventory control, materials, shipping, or warehouse operations Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Familiarity with shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Reliable, accountable, and process-driven mindset What we offer Marposs offers an inclusive and international environment with strong professional and career development opportunities.
