Are you a Senior Electrical Engineer, Protection Engineer, or Technical Services Manager with a strong background in power systems looking to step into a senior leadership position?

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of engineers while acting as a senior technical resource for customers and internal teams. You will be involved in solving complex engineering problems, supporting key projects, improving technical processes, and helping develop the wider engineering function.

The position offers a great balance between technical engineering, people management, and customer interaction, with excellent long-term opportunities to progress as the organization continues to expand.

The Role:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Electrical Engineers.
• Provide technical guidance on complex electrical engineering challenges.
• Support customers and internal teams across a variety of engineering projects.
• Help improve technical processes, team performance, and service delivery.

The Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Strong background within industrial electrical engineering.
• Experience within areas such as electrical systems, controls, automation, instrumentation, or related technologies.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and solving technical problems.
