Overview Nurse Educator – Nursing Education, Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. Full‑time, exempt position. Typical work schedule Monday‑Friday, day shift. On‑site location. $8,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires who meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Responsibilities The Clinical Nurse Educator fosters a climate of lifelong learning, promotes organizational values, and supports creative and critical thinking. The role develops, coordinates, and evaluates educational programs for the orientation and workforce development of staff within the Department of Nursing. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire. Five years current clinical and/or educational experience in Nursing. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Nursing or related field. Current graduate students may be considered with an agreement to complete the degree within two years. Benefits Free, convenient, and ample parking. Pay range: $50.14 – $77.83 per hour. Additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities may be available.
