CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

Pay or shift range: $32 USD to $40 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. Description 100% on-site, Mon-Saturday (Fridays & Saturdays are half days). As our Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role supporting our clinical teams while helping ensure exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. You'll work alongside dedicated providers and leaders in a collaborative environment where your expertise will directly influence patient outcomes and staff development. You'll lead and support a team of approximately 15–20 clinical support staff (Medical Assistants and Referral Coordinators), providing coaching, guidance, and accountability while fostering a positive and patient-centered culture. What You'll do Key Responsibilities include: Lead daily clinical operations across three clinic sites (El Monte, East LA, Maywood) Supervise, mentor, coach, and develop clinical staff Coordinate staffing schedules and workflow to support efficient patient care Partner with clinic leadership on hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development Ensure compliance with FQHC, accreditation, OSHA, infection prevention, and organizational standards Oversee quality improvement initiatives, audits, and regulatory readiness Monitor EHR workflows, patient access, wait lists, no-shows, and clinical inboxes Manage vaccine programs, inventory, medical equipment, and departmental supplies Ensure daily equipment log sheets are completed and maintained, verifying that all clinical equipment is inspected, calibrated, fully functional, and compliant with operational standards Collaborate with Facilities, IT, Human Resources, and other departments to resolve operational needs Support departmental budgeting, productivity, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives Champion Eisner Health's mission, values, and commitment to exceptional patient care Perform other duties as assigned. Programs You'll Support You will coordinate and oversee the following special programs for the department: Adult Department & Women's Health Center Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program Family Planning Program Adolescent Care Chronic Disease Management Pediatric Department CHDP Program Immunization Program What We're Looking For Qualifications & Requirements Three years’ experience in a Family Practice clinical setting Minimum one-year supervisory experience in a Family Practice clinical setting. Must be bilingual – English and Spanish. Must have a Medical Assistant Diploma. Must be CPR certified. Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to each clinic locations at least twice weekly Experience managing teams of approximately 15–20 employees EHR experience (Athena highly preferred) Must be able to work a Mon-Saturday schedule. (Fridays & Saturday are half days). Previous Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) experience, highly preferred.
