About the Role: At Bar Sprezzatura, the Bartender is more than a drink maker—they are a storyteller, a host, and a craftsperson. Responsible for delivering impeccable cocktails, warm hospitality, and an engaging guest experience, the Bartender embodies our standards of excellence while fostering connection at the bar. This role requires creativity, precision, and a passion for elevating every moment, ensuring each guest feels both welcomed and inspired. Our Ideal candidate is: A motivated beverage professional who is organized, friendly, and passionate. You will be an integral part of our beverage team with a passion for educating and enthralling our guests. You have amazing attention to detail, and expansive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. You work well as part of a team, work well under pressure and have a strong desire to learn and be a leader among your peers.
