In this Customer Service & Sales Representative role, you'll support customers with scheduling and service needs - and just as importantly, you'll turn inquiries into sales and offer additional services that meet their needs.What you'll do:• Answer inbound calls from existing and new customers.• Assist with scheduling, payments, and customer retention.• Convert service inquiries into sales.• Make outbound calls to follow up on proposals or confirm service.• Provide price quotes, track proposals, and follow up with leads.• Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.• Deliver great service with a problem-solving mindset.• Hit individual sales targets and support team performance goals.You'll thrive in this role if you:• Have at least a year of experience in customer service or sales• Love talking to people and solving problems• Stay calm under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced workday• Know your way around a computer and can multitask like a pro• Have a sales mindset - confident, goal-driven, and persistent• Are dependable, organized, and a team playerTypical schedule & availability:• Full-time, 8-hour shifts scheduled between the hours of 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM• Occasional Saturdays may be required - time can be taken off during the week to account for the Saturday workWhat We Offer:• Competitive hourly rate: $17/hour + commission• Health, dental, and vision insurance• Paid time off and 401(k) with company match• Free or discounted pest control services• Paid training and internal advancement• Incentives and recognition for performance• Stable career with a locally owned companyTerminix is a locally owned and operated company who has provided pest control services to residents and businesses in the Triad area of North Carolina for 90 years.
