$225K–$275K+ base compensation
\n️ New York City | Hybrid 2 or 3 days in office/week
\n⏰ Fixed hours — no late nights or weekends
\n6+ years of BigLaw leveraged finance experience preferred
\n \nNow Hiring: Senior Leveraged Finance Attorneys → Credit Research
\n \nThese are excellent opportunities for 6+ year BigLaw leveraged finance attorneys looking to leverage their expertise outside of traditional law-firm practice.
\nWhat you’ll do:
\n• Analyze and deconstruct complex credit agreements, indentures & covenants
\n• Produce market-leading research for hedge funds, CLOs, private-credit investors, banks & law firms
\n• Analyze broadly syndicated and private-credit loans
\n• Develop thought leadership on leveraged-finance trends and special situations
\n• Engage directly with sophisticated institutional subscribers
\n \n⚖️ NY Bar required for the Senior Covenant Analyst role
\n \nA strong opportunity for a leveraged finance lawyer who enjoys deep document analysis, writing, market research and explaining complex transactions and wants to move beyond the traditional billable-hour model.
