Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories. Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers. Quality Improvement: Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives. Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement. Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety. Compliance: Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice. Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards. Job Requirements A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible Where You'll Work CHI Health is seeking Acute Care Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join a consistently busy and rapidly expanding Hospital Medicine Service in Omaha, NE. As part of our team, you will work closely with our experienced Hospitalists to cover general medical admissions during the evening and overnight. This opportunity is suited for a self-motivated provider who thrives in a dynamic environment, interacting seamlessly with patients, nurses and physicians.
