Bilingual Counselor (Spanish/English)
Part-Time | Outpatient Program
Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Are you a bilingual clinician passionate about helping others navigate mental health and substance use challenges? Join our outpatient team and play a vital role in supporting individuals and families in a diverse, community-based setting.
We’re looking for a Spanish-speaking Counselor who is compassionate, motivated, and ready to make a difference through meaningful, client-centered care.
What You’ll DoProvide One-on-One Support
Deliver individual counseling sessions tailored to clients’ mental health and/or substance use needs
Build strong therapeutic relationships that foster growth and recovery
Lead the Intake Process
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Set clear, achievable goals that support long-term success
Maintain Quality Care & Documentation
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with agency standards, state regulations, and HIPAA guidelines
Collaborate & Grow
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and enhance client care
Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
Bilingual (Spanish/English) – required
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field (Master’s preferred)
LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW, CADC, or equivalent preferred (interns and recent graduates seeking supervision are encouraged to apply!)
Experience in outpatient mental health or co-occurring treatment settings is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
