About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Growth to join their mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their preferred home setting. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the company's growth, with a focus on developing and implementing strategic plans that align with national marketing goals. This role involves assessing agency performance, conducting market assessments, and identifying expansion and acquisition opportunities. The Vice President will also be responsible for recruiting and developing a high-performing team, as well as collaborating with various leadership functions to ensure the successful execution of growth plans. Applicants for the Vice President of Strategic Growth position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related area within the healthcare industry. A strong background in home health or hospice is preferred. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in sales and marketing, including at least 5 years of supervisory experience. The Vice President will be expected to travel up to 50% of the time and must have a dependable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and a champion of the brand, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
