Flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and various shifts (morning, evening, overnight as needed). Position Summary We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to serve as our Front Desk Agents. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional service while handling check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and daily hotel operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel systems Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively Process payments, handle cash/credit transactions, and balance daily reports Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Promote hotel services, loyalty programs, and upsell opportunities when appropriate Qualifications Previous hotel front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred (but not required—we provide training!)
