You will serve as a vital technical professional, executing high-quality residential and commercial electrical projects across the region. How You Will Make an Impact

• Perform precise residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and system upgrades.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, technical schematics, and project specifications accurately.
• Execute daily field tasks in compliance with local regulations and National Electrical Code standards.
• Troubleshoot complex wiring, control circuits, and power distribution systems on active jobsites.
• Maintain complete jobsite safety by applying proper lockout/tagout procedures and protective gear.
• Mentor junior apprentices and coordinate team tasks to ensure efficient project completion.
• Represent the organization with professionalism, delivering top-tier service to every client.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Active Journeyman Electrician License.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in electrical field installations.
• Proven experience executing complex residential or commercial electrical projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of working hours to various client locations.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced technical background in commercial power, lighting systems, and controls.
• Demonstrated history of supervising or guiding apprentices on active jobsites.
• Strong diagnostic abilities for rapid fault finding in dynamic electrical setups.
