Commercial Roofing Sheet Metal Mechanic
Position at Roof Systems of Maine Roof Systems of Maine, A Tecta America Company, one of the largest and most respected commercial roofing contractors in the North East is looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our growing team. Roof Systems of Maine, a Tecta America encourages our employees to grow within our company, focusing heavily on in-house education and on-the-job training.
Pay is dependent on experience. Commercial Roofing Sheet Metal Mechanic Summary: Responsible for fabrication and installation of all sheet metal on various commercial roof systems. You will be working with the roofing crew to complete all aspects of assigned job including tear-off of existing gutters and coping cap, installations, and other tasks assigned.
Commercial Roofing Sheet Metal Mechanic Requirements:
- 2-3 years commercial experience sheet metal roofing.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing, kneeling
- Must be able to climb a ladder 40', No fear of heights
- Must be able to work in the heat and sub-zero cold
- Valid driver's license is ideal
- Must work well in a team environment
