Sales Development Representative

EWASTE+, a leader in the electronics recycling industry, is seeking a Sales Development Representative. This individual will be on theon the front line of EWASTE+'s growth strategy. This is a true outbound business-development role for someone who likes the challenge of opening doors, creating conversations from scratch, and turning cold prospects into qualified opportunities. You will research target companies, identify the right decision-makers, make outbound calls, send targeted follow-up, and create new pipeline for the sales organization. Key Responsibilities Create new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, online research, and targeted outbound campaigns. Conduct consistent outbound calling to cold prospects while also following up on warm leads and campaign responses when appropriate. Research target organizations and identify the right decision-makers and contacts. Start meaningful conversations, qualify potential fit, and create introductory meetings and opportunities for the sales team. Maintain disciplined follow-up and accurate prospecting activity in the CRM. Work with Sales leadership to improve messaging, targeting, objection handling, and prospecting strategy. Support campaigns, events, and other new-business initiatives as the company grows. They are proactive, goal-oriented, and communicate effectively to identify opportunities, generate interest, and support the growth of new business.
