Client Delivery Manager

1. This is a hybrid role with requirement to work from office for at least 3 days a week. The office is based out of Wilmington, DE are we are looking for candidates who reside within drivable distance of Wilmington, DE or ready to relocate immediately
2. Bachelor's degree with at least 20 years of experience managing team size larger than 150 associates.
3. SAP Experience for at least 15 years. Should be able to manage the delivery of SAP application support and maintenance services in leadership role. ITIL and SAP certifications a plus.
4. Managing non SAP applications and integrations a definite plus.
5. Ensuring that operational service levels are met and that delivery is high quality. Ability to drive continuous improvement and automation.
6. Managing escalations from key business and IT stakeholders. Good capabilities in driving KPI's, analyzing ticket trends and reporting
7. Driving progress for complex problems in urgent situations. Managing operational support forums with key user groups and application teams
8. Ability to work under pressure. Good communication and Change Management skills.
9. Good understanding of Mergers and Acquisitions with SAP as the core system of records
10. Excellent ability to manage transitions and drive stability
11. Hands on capability in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point.
12. Should be able to scale up and manage a P&L of $15Mn+. Act as the Customer Single Point of Contact for all services topics.
