Who You Are

Our Marketing Supervisor is a hands-on role responsible for supporting and optimizing the lead development function to ensure marketing-generated interest is converted into high-quality, sales-ready opportunities. Reporting to the General Manager – Marketing, you will serve as the primary bridge between Marketing and Sales, improving speed-to-lead, lead quality, and conversion from inquiry to order through disciplined process, CRM excellence, and team leadership.

How It’s Done

• Own the end-to-end lead development process for inbound web leads and targeted outbound prospecting efforts

• Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on ideal customer profile (ICP), qualification criteria, lead handoff, and feedback loops to improve lead-to-order conversion

• Ensure rapid response to inbound marketing leads and enforce response-time standards and follow-up cadences

• Maintain full ownership of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) lead tracking, data quality, pipeline hygiene, and reporting

• Monitor, analyze, and report on key funnel KPIs including response time, follow-up compliance, conversion rates, and sales acceptance of leads

• Develop and maintain lead development playbooks, call and email templates, qualification standards, and objection-handling guidelines

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Website, and Customer Service teams to continuously improve lead quality, campaign performance, and customer experience

• Limited travel to trade shows or customer visits as required

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

• Experience in lead development, inside sales, sales operations, or marketing operations

• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems

• Strong interest in working with both Marketing and Sales teams to help track leads, support follow-up activities, and contribute to overall conversion efforts

What Would Be Even Better

• Experience using data enrichment and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo

• Background in industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing, or B2B technology markets

• Proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, or business intelligence dashboards

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
