Starting at $18-$20 per hour , based on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for advancement and increased earnings through training and certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in water, fire, and mold damage restoration projects.
• Perform cleanup and restoration tasks in residential and commercial properties.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Document work performed and report any issues to supervisors.
• Utilize equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in restoration or construction is a plus.
• Must be available for flexible work hours, including weekends.
