Empower AI seeks a Tier I Service Desk Agent (Extended Hours) to analyze and resolve complex IT incidents for a Department of War agency. You will determine root cause, priority, and resolution paths, and coach junior analysts on troubleshooting. Remote role with travel up to 10%. The position requires U.S. citizenship, active Secret clearance, DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level I certification, and strong experience with Windows, M365, AD, VPN, and ITSM platforms.
