Team Honda of Acadiana is expanding, and we’re looking for driven, customer-focused professionals to join our growing sales team in Opelousas, LA. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in automotive sales, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, wireless sales, insurance sales, real estate, or other commission-based sales environments who are ready to build a rewarding career with strong earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with customers and provide a professional, high-level customer service experience
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through delivery
• Develop repeat business and customer referrals through outstanding service
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations

  What We’re Looking For Previous sales experience preferred, especially in:

• • Automotive sales
  • Retail sales
  • Customer service
  • B2C sales
  • Commission-based sales
  • Hospitality or relationship-driven industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person, over the phone, and online
• High energy, professional appearance, and positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent required
