We are currently hiring a Purchasing Coordinator (Immediate need)
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Pay: $22-23/hr doe
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator for in the city of Rancho Cucamonga. The primary responsibility will be reconciling purchase order (PO) discrepancies and communicating with vendors and internal departments. Someone with some Accounting experience would do well.
Responsibilities
Reconcile and resolve PO discrepancies.
Handle daily email correspondence with vendors and internal teams.
Use Excel to track information and assist with reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support.
Strong written communication skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel; advanced skills are not required.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Accounting or reconciliation experience is a plus; purchasing experience is not required.
You should be proficient in:
