Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance SupervisorSupervise a group of 10-15 maintenance technicians in a manufacturing facility that operates 24/7/360 days per year.Provide leadership to the assigned crew to ensure the plant's safety and GMP policies are followed and that the crew executes work plans as directed.Integral member of the maintenance team that will be responsible for updating preventative maintenance programs and improving the asset care plans for plant equipment.Skills RequiredTechnical – Mechanical or electrical trainingSupervisory/Leadership training or experienceManufacturing – troubleshooting machineryComputer Skills – CMMS – Computerized Maintenance Management SystemMicrosoft Office SuiteExperience Required2 -Years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or 5- years of total experience in a manufacturing plant. Experience in a maintenance technical role strongly preferred.Education RequiredHigh School Diploma with some technical training in maintenance/engineering field.Union- Journeyman experience preferred
