Maintain a welcoming and energetic environment for both staff and clients. Analyze sales metrics and report on performance trends to upper management. Collaborate with the training staff to enhance client retention strategies. Ensure the facility meets all operational and safety standards. Requirements Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the fitness industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fitness-related certifications (e.g., NASM, ACE) are a plus. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Passion for health and fitness with a customer-focused approach. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
