Estate Planning Paralegal A mid‑sized Baltimore law firm with a small senior trusts & estates team seeks an experienced estate planning paralegal to support practice areas including drafting, reviewing estate planning documents, estate and trust administration, probate filings, and fiduciary accountings. The role is in‑office, downtown Baltimore, full‑time. Responsibilities Draft and review estate planning documents. Assist with estate and trust administration. Prepare probate filings and fiduciary accountings. Collaborate closely with three partners and one associate on substantive matters. Qualifications Prior junior‑level paralegal experience in trusts & estates. Hands‑on exposure to estate planning or administration. Strong attention to detail and writing precision. Ability to work five days a week in‑office in downtown Baltimore. No remote or hybrid candidates. Compensation & Location Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year. Downtown Baltimore, full‑time, in‑office.
