Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing specialized emergency care, with shifts varying based on the facility's needs. The position offers an opportunity to work in a highly advanced trauma center environment, serving diverse patient populations with a focus on critical care and emergency treatment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Shift hours are variable and will be discussed during the interview process.
• Required Qualifications: Valid ACLS, PALS, and CEN certifications preferred; active nursing license; Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance; FBI Department of Aging Fingerprinting within the last two years; Pennsylvania State Police Clearance. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in emergency or critical care settings.
• Preferred Qualifications: Trauma experience and critical care background are highly preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The emergency department has 40 beds with a patient ratio of 1:6. The unit treats all patient populations, and candidates must have basic nursing skills with trauma or critical care experience preferred. Scrub attire is any color, with no unacceptable attire specified. The start date is August 10, 2026.
