You lead your team with motivational guidance, foster relationships with key clients and partners, and identify new business opportunities. You analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment. You prepare performance reports for senior management and continuously assess sales processes, looking for ways to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
