Job Description Job Description The Admin Assistant will support front-desk operations and report to the Office Manager. This role will focus on answering phones and recruiting new employees, and providing responsive administrative support to visitors and the office. Responsibilities
Answer phones and pass out mail
Handle email correspondence and administrative communications.
Maintain office supplies and support supply-related needs.
Provide welcoming, professional support to visitors. Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level experience in administrative support.
High school diploma or equivalent.
