Job Description Transportation Administrative Coordinator Hire Up Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Clerk to support a growing transportation company in Orange Cove, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrativeprofessional who enjoys working with compliance documentation, technology systems, and day-to-day office operations. The position will begin part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on business needs and performance. Due to seasonal weather and driving conditions during the winter months, candidates who reside locally in or near the Orange Cove area are strongly preferred. Office Clerk (DOT Compliance Support) Part-Time | Monday-Friday Pay Rate: $20.00-$23.00 per Hour Orange Cove, CA Job Responsibilities Perform accurate and timely data entry for operational and driver records. Assist with DOT compliance tracking, including maintaining documentation, audits, and driver qualification files. Monitor and maintain ELD (Electronic Logging Device) records and driver log sheets to ensure compliance and accuracy. Support camera, GPS, and fleet technology troubleshooting by coordinating with drivers and service providers. Communicate with vendors, including Verizon, regarding GPS tracking, connectivity issues, and system support. Organize, update, and maintain digital and physical filing systems. Work closely with dispatch and management to identify and resolve reporting discrepancies. Provide general administrative and office support to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Previous office administration, clerical, or data entry experience required. Experience with DOT compliance, transportation, logistics, or fleet operations is highly preferred. Strong computer skills and ability to learn GPS, ELD, and tracking systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and reliable attendance. Compensation & Schedule $20.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
