What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of our company and a trusted resource for customers. You’ll assist with questions, resolve concerns, and create positive experiences during every interaction. Responsibilities include: Answering inbound customer calls, chats, or messages in a professional and helpful manner Listening carefully to customer needs and providing accurate information Troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through solutions Documenting customer interactions clearly and accurately Following company policies, procedures, and quality standards Maintaining a positive attitude, even during challenging conversations Working collaboratively with team members and leadership to improve the customer experience Schedule This is a remote position with operating hours between: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and available to work assigned shifts within these hours. Schedules may vary based on business needs, so adaptability is key. Pay We believe in setting you up for success with paid training and a clear path forward. High Speed Internet Access with 20MBPS Download and 20MBPS Upload or better o You are unable to use a wireless internet connection for this position, you must be hardwired with a hardline cable or DSL connection o VPN's are not permitted while on the clock Dual Monitors, at least 20 inch.
