App Support Engineer - Oracle ATG Commerce

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Application Support Engineer to support a mission‑critical Customer Portal within their Commerce organization. This portal is heavily used daily by external customers to manage accounts, payments, product purchases, and service requests. You will support a highly customized Java + Oracle Commerce (ATG) platform. Technical Environment Backend: Java (heavily customized) Commerce Platform: Oracle ATG (Oracle Commerce) App Server: Oracle WebLogic (Tomcat/Apache exposure helpful) Database: Oracle + MySQL (basic SQL troubleshooting required) OS: Unix/Linux Cloud: Oracle OCI (primary), exposure to AWS/Azure helpful DevOps Tools: Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred) Hourly Pay: $10-12USD We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
