Core Responsibilities
Order Processing: Accurately enter and process purchase orders (POs) by reviewing emailed documents, and ensuring accuracy in SKU, pricing, and shipping details. (NetSuite) knowledge a plus
Customer Support & Account Management: Act as a primary contact for multiple accounts, resolving inquiries via phone and email regarding stock availability, pricing, and order status.
Technical Support & Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of Savoy House product lines to confidently guide customers on basic technical questions, installation inquiries, and product specifications.
Order Resolution & Claims: Manage damaged item claims, shortages, and replacement parts requests, collaborating with warehouse teams to ensure timely resolution.
Environment: Work well in a team environment.
