Inside Sales, Customer Service Account Representative
Our client is actively seeking an Inside Sales, Customer Service Account Representative with a special emphasis on hiring veterans for this role. This position specializes in rotary joints and requires a candidate with a strong background in customer service and inside sales. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the manufacturing industry and the ability to effectively communicate with our clients, primarily maintenance and facility managers, offering solutions through our rotary joint products.
Key Qualifications:
- Veteran Status: We highly encourage veterans to apply. Military experience brings valuable qualities such as discipline, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, which are transferable and highly sought-after in the world of customer service and sales.
- Customer Service and Sales Experience: The ideal candidate should have prior experience in customer service and inside sales roles, or a strong willingness to learn and excel in these areas.
- Manufacturing Industry Knowledge: While not mandatory, knowledge of the manufacturing industry or related fields is advantageous, as it helps in understanding the unique needs of maintenance and facility managers.
- Effective Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. The candidate should engage effectively with clients, actively listen to their requirements, and present our rotary joint products as effective solutions.
- Sales Enthusiasm: A desire to excel in sales, meet sales targets, and earn commissions is an important attribute.
Product Focus: Rotary Joints
- Rotary Joint Expertise: Familiarity with rotary joints or similar products is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided to enhance product knowledge.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: Up to $45,000 per year.
