Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flat Welders for projects located in or around Spokane Valley, WA . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Weld mild steel, stainless steel, and occasionally aluminum according to blueprints Inspect welded parts for accuracy and quality Follow all OSHA and WISHA safety requirements Operate a forklift as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment Communicate machinery or quality issues to management Perform other duties as assigned Follow both written and verbal instructions to complete assignments Requirements: Minimum 5 years of MIG welding experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Proficient in shop math and problem-solving Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team Effective verbal and written communication skills Physically capable of regularly lifting up to 30 lbs and frequently up to 50 lbs Must pass weld check Company Details Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
