ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Execute outbound against a prioritized, tiered account list to generate high-intent opportunities within defined ICPs and personas
• Play an active role in shaping and executing strategic outbound plays across regions and segments
• Use data to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and prioritization
• Improve outbound processes and workflows to increase efficiency and conversion rates
• Analyze lead and pipeline data to identify patterns and drive better qualification and targeting
• Work closely with sales to ensure tight alignment and high-quality handovers
• Own initial qualification for top opportunities, ensuring only strong pipeline progresses

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication skills
• Strong drive to win and consistently outperform
• High level of ownership and resourcefulness
• Curiosity and ability to deeply understand prospects and their challenges
• Team-oriented with high integrity
• Comfortable operating in a high-rejection, high-performance environment

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• 1 - 3+ years in B2B software sales or pre-sales with a strong outbound component
• Fluent in English
• Experience with Salesforce
• Strong analytical thinking

Nice to have

• Experience in or exposure to industrial manufacturing
• Additional European languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish
