About the Role Neo4j is seeking a Global Tax and Treasury Senior Manager. to build the tax and treasury function for a global, high-growth enterprise software company. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for global tax compliance and planning, cash and liquidity management, banking, debt administration, and the processes and controls needed to support Neo4j's continued international growth. The role will partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and external advisors across Neo4j's global operations. The successful candidate will combine strong technical judgment with an operator's mindset: comfortable setting strategy, working through complex cross-border matters, and executing the underlying work in a lean environment.
