Operations Manager (Integrator) — Plot Property GroupWe're a high-volume real estate investment company in Las Vegas, closing around 100 deals a year, and we're looking for our Integrator — the operations leader who keeps the whole machine running. You won't be closing deals yourself. Your job is to make sure the team that does never gets stuck: clear systems, a clean CRM, tight follow-up, and a weekly rhythm that keeps every deal rolling toward the finish line.This is the right seat for a systems-obsessed, Swiss-army-knife operator — someone who builds order out of fast-moving complexity and genuinely cares about our mission of helping homeowners sell their properties as-is. You'll take the owner's vision and turn it into plans, processes, and accountability.
