Autos of Chicago is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our growing team. If you're a proven leader with a passion for sales, customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals. 
• Desk deals and assist in closing sales. 
• Work closely with Finance, BDC, and Inventory departments. 
• Monitor CRM activity and ensure proper customer follow-up. 
• Train and develop sales consultants. 
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and CSI. 
• Help manage inventory and pricing strategies. 
• Ensure dealership processes and policies are followed. 

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience required. 
• Strong leadership and closing skills. 
• Experience desking deals and managing sales staff. 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
• Experience with CRM systems (VinSolutions experience is a plus). 
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record. 
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
