Shipping & Office Services Specialist
Location: Playa Vista, CA 90094
Contract: 3 Months

Job Summary
Seeking a On-Site Services Specialist to support shipping/receiving, mail, copying, scanning, document imaging, and general office services. The role requires frequent lifting of boxes and use of a mobile phone and laptop for shipment tracking.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle shipping and receiving of packages, materials, supplies, and completed jobs.
• Track shipments and deliveries using mobile phone and laptop systems.
• Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and faxes.
• Operate high-volume copiers, printers, scanners, and document imaging systems.
• Perform copying, scanning, printing, binding and finishing.
• Use MS Office, email, document management, and image-handling software.
• Perform daily copier quality checks, clear paper jams, and report equipment issues.
• Maintain meter readings, service logs, inventory records, and billing information.
• Keep copier and supply areas clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Respond to customer questions and coordinate service requests.
• Deliver completed jobs and supplies to designated locations.
• Assist with conference room setup, filing, archiving, office moves, and light building support as needed.
• Operate equipment such as paper cutters, shrink-wrap machines, bindery equipment, postage meters, fax machines, and scales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and PC skills.
• Ability to operate office equipment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Copy/print or office services experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50-55 lbs. and remain standing/walking for extended periods.
• Occasional overtime, nights, or weekends may be required.
