We are seeking reliable and hardworking Food Production Associates to support a fast-paced food manufacturing operation. Team members will assist with preparing, assembling, and packaging food products while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food products according to specifications.
• Add ingredients accurately and efficiently.
• Package finished products for distribution.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and sanitation requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work in refrigerated production environments as needed.
• Support production goals while working as part of a team.

Essential Skills

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are welcomed.

Work Environment

The work takes place in a food manufacturing facility with some positions located in refrigerated work areas. PPE is required, and GMP standards must be followed at all times. No jewelry, fake nails, or false eyelashes are permitted in production areas. Schedule options include full-time and part-time, with shifts available between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM from Sunday through Thursday.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $21.30 - $21.30/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
